Big things are happening in our school gardens! This fall, four Wyoming school gardens received brand-new fences: Godfrey Early Childhood Center, Godfrey Elementary, Gladiola Elementary, and West Elementary. These additions bring both beauty and functionality to each space, making the gardens even more welcoming and efficient.
At Gladiola Elementary and West Elementary, the upgrades didn’t stop at the fences—both gardens also expanded! The kids were bursting with energy as they helped fill the new spaces with layers of leaves and mulch, knowing they were laying the foundation for rich, healthy soil come spring. Their excitement and effort showed just how much these gardens mean to them.
Meanwhile, the new fences at Godfrey Early Childhood Center and Godfrey Elementary have transformed the gardens into tidy, defined spaces perfect for learning and growing. The fresh look has energized these spaces, ensuring they’ll continue to inspire young gardeners for years to come.
These improvements were made possible thanks to the generous support of our community partners, as well as the dedication of students, teachers, and community members. Your belief in our mission has created fresh opportunities for learning and growth for hundreds of students. A huge thank-you to everyone who contributed to making these changes a reality!
